HoYoVista is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Cognosphere Pte. Ltd., miHoYo, HoYoverse, or any of their subsidiaries or related entities. All game-related assets, characters, names, logos, and other intellectual property displayed or referenced by HoYoVista are the sole property of Cognosphere and its licensors. We do not claim any ownership of or rights to such content. Use of third-party trademarks and materials is for non-commercial, informational, and fan-service purposes only, under principles of fair use.

Acceptance of Terms

By using HoYoVista (the "Bot" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.

Use of the Bot

• You must use the Bot in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and any credentials you choose to provide.
• Do not share your cookies, tokens, or account credentials with others.
• Use of the Bot is at your own risk.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the Bot for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to abuse, exploit, or overload the Bot or its infrastructure.
• Use the Bot to harvest, scrape, or collect data beyond your own use.
• Impersonate HoYoVista, Cognosphere, or any other entity.

Third-Party Services and Content

HoYoVista may integrate with or display content from third-party services (including Enka.Network). Such services and content are subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services. Your use of linked accounts (e.g., HoYoLAB) is subject to those services' terms.

Limitation of Liability

The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Bot.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes may be communicated via our Discord server or in-Bot notice where feasible.
